The Welfare, Safety and Inclusion Officer is a role which requires an individual with a mindful insight. Not only will you need to be insightful of society members' wellbeing but also the welfare of your committee (including your own) and ensure that everyone feels respected, included and happy in the society.

Responsibilities include:

- Regularly checking in on the wellbeing of committee members, if they are enjoying their role, workload, relationships with other committee members.

- Creating, promoting and leading workshops (and a safe space) centred around the wellbeing and welfare of the society.

- Opportunities to collaborate with other welfare societies such as LUU Mind Matters and SSAFE Society etc.

- Finally, generally helping out with workshops, setting up sessions and admin.
