This role oversees the running of the entire society, this will include:
- Delegate tasks- making sure we are organised and committee members are fulfilling their roles
- Running committee meetings- generating ideas whilst keeping realistic to what can be achieved
-Admin section of LUU Engage: Risk Assessments, Social Guidelines and Compliance files
- Updating LUU Engage page: images, society descriptions etc.
- Understand and manage expenses
- Organise and run the Google Drive- make sure everything is put on there and all committee members can access and use it
-BOOK ROOMS- access the union booking system and book rooms for workshops and events quickly!!
- Attending (setting up and packing away) x2 artsoc events a week to make sure they run smoothly and chat to and build up a relationship with our members and models (for life drawing) so they feel safe and comfortable at our sessions
-Liaise with the union if there are any problems with the society
-Check-in with committee members to make sure they are happy with their roles and contributions generally
