Hi everyone, I’m Claire and I’m currently the President of Ballet Society. I also compete with modern and have been on the Irish committee this year, but am the biggest fan of the whole of Leeds Dance. You might recognise me from fangirling in the audience at every society show haha!

I’d absolutely love to be the dance rep next year! I’ve watched the past dance reps do such an amazing job and would love to replicate their incredible work. Having competed in Intercomp for the last few years and performing in the LUU Dance Show, I would love to be even more involved with them! I’m very aware of how much work Katie & Zoe put into them both, on top of the Dance Ball, and am excited at the prospect of being able to organise them myself.

I’d be open to any suggestions on changes you would like to make and would ensure I was a strong bridge between our societies and the Union. I think the idea of the dance cupboard that Zoe, Emily & Katie have been working on is brilliant and I’d love to continue their work. I know first hand how expensive & unsustainable costumes are and think this will be a great addition to our societies!
