Treasurer
The roles and responsibilities of the Treasurer include:
- managing the finances of the society
- maintaining up-to-date accounts in the Google Drive
- submitting grant and funding applications to the Activities Executive
- submitting a detailed statement of accounts for the year to the society’s Annual General Meeting
- overseeing the ordering and selling of LUUSAG merchandise with the Quartermaster
- ensuring that socials which require booking with external companies and/or payment are completed in conjunction with the Social Secretary
- ensuring membership fees are paid directly to SSAGO on time. This deadline will be communicated by SSAGO via the SSAGO Members Officer
