Hi, my name is Keira and I am a 2nd year English Literature student. Heelz has provided a safe space for me to develop my dance skills and become a more confident performer, and I'd love to help Heelz continue to do so for others. If I become inclusions officer I would like to focus on communication between members and committee, to ensure everyone feels comfortable, confident and supported. As my degree has lower contact hours, I am able to provide support for members and committee frequently as I am easy to reach and quick to reply. Comfort and feeling included are things I find incredibly important within a society, and if you vote for me I want to help continue to make this space a safe space for everyone!

As Inclusion Officer of the Heelz Dance Society, my goal is to ensure that dance is a welcoming, accessible, and empowering experience for every member of our diverse community. I am committed to providing regular opportunities for anonymous feedback to ensure that all members feel as though their voices can be heard, and their opinions can be taken into account in the creation of a safer and more enjoyable environment.
