Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the President and other committee members to integrate welfare and diversity initiatives into society’s broader goals
- Monitor and uphold the society’s code of conduct to prevent discrimination or harassment
- Plan and deliver events focusing on well-being, diversity eg. Detress sessions, mindfulness activities
- Collaborate with external organizations to provide resources and knowledge about welfare and diversity
