Being training coordinator is a very rewarding role, and is key for us to continue running as a branch.

This role is quite front heavy, at the start of the year, you will need to hit the ground running and be prepared to be busy until after volunteer training is complete. After this period (usually at the latest by October half term), the role is a little less demanding, which makes this role good, even if you are in your final year and worried about work - life balance.

Key Responsibilities

---

- Work closely with the Child Protection Officer/School Liaison to include the mandatory safeguarding training in the training of volunteers, so that they are well versed in what Sexpression teaches,

- Attend Training for Trainers arranged by the National Training Coordinator of Sexpression.

- Help to prepare the volunteers

- Find available volunteers for teaching opportunities

- Give feedback at the end of sessions

- Run Sexpress Yourself sessions to university students
