I feel passionately on topics towards sustainability development goals like quality education , zero hunger and climate change. Being a part of LUBS has allowed me to explore my business acumen and leadership skills. At Enactus Leeds as a Programme Controller, would be the perfect opportunity to help me combine my skills and passion to contribute positively towards the society. Having been a part of various digital campaigns and organising television programs lets me bring on field experience along with my ideas. My vision for the term is to run smoothly and successfully as many campaigns possible with the team working to their full potential to bring about a change that lasts.

My name is Alex Hogan, and I am an MA student studying Film Studies. I joined Enactus because I wanted to make a positive contribution to the community and hopefully see some real change in the world, whilst also expanding my skillset and further improving my entrepreneurial aptitude. As Programme Controller, I am confident I would be able to helpfully ensure all projects are making progress towards achieving their goals, and that communication is clear between project leaders and the committee. My experiences are highly relevant for this role. With a background in making films, I have over two years of experience in working with a team on a project with a specific goal in mind, and I usually take on a leadership role in these instances. Moreover, I know how to conduct effective reviews of a project to ensure that it is developing in a productive manner. Currently, I am the Student Representative for my course, which involves me frequently communicating with my peers and passing on their feedback to my professors, with whom I participate in the assessment on how to improve their learning experiences. This role has a lot of overlap with the expectations of the Programme Controller, specifically on the necessity for smooth communication, and I believe this will help me to streamline the project development process here at Enactus. I have experience as a campaign manager during my undergraduate degree at the University of Southampton for a successful student politician and I helped manage a small business that I started with a friend over lockdown for eighteen months. To be head of project development for Enactus would be an exciting opportunity for me to apply my skills and past experiences in new and exciting ways, whilst gaining new experience in managing multiple projects at. As Programme Controller, I would strive to provide stable and reliable communication between project leaders and the committee to ensure effective project development. I would organize constructive review meetings and regularly keep the board up to date with all the different projects. Most importantly, I would work hard to do all I can to contribute to the efficiency of Enactus Leeds so that we can make a positive contribution to community

I am Samiksha Garg and I am pursuing MSc in Management. I believe I will be fit for the role because of all my previous experiences and the skills that I bring to the table.

Firstly, I worked as a campaign manager for an influencer marketing company. Some of the job roles entailed being a liaison between the brand and the blogger, coordinating and managing the campaign and holding regular meetings with the brand regarding the progress of the campaign. I also volunteered with a climate change NGO as a Social Media Marketing Intern and was assigned as a leader for the campaign, 'Conscious Christmas'. I and my team held regular meetings with the Founder regarding the updates on the campaign and briefed him about our next strategies to make the campaign successful. Lastly, as an ORM & Content Executive, I regularly coordinated with the manager and graphic designer for the marketing and brand management of the products.

My course, apart from my pre-existing skills, gives me the needed expertise of entrepreneurship that I lack to be a part of Enactus. Alongside that, I am very much enthusiastic about how Encatus chooses to tackle the social issues plaguing our society. Thus, why I should be the Programme Controller.  

No great ideas that could address the global challenges should go unnoticed. The mission of Enactus to support such great ideas is one of the most righteous goals I have come across. I think the position of project controller will be something I will enjoy the most while doing my part for Enactus. Mainly, I am excited about the possibility of working closely with great projects that could bring positive change to society. In addition to bringing my experience as an entrepreneur to the table, I am eagerly looking forward to learning through this collaboration.

I'm Pawan Dileep Patil, MSc International Business Student. It's my pleasure to get an opportunity to nominate myself to serve ENACTUS.

"Be the change that you wish to see in the world" is a famous maxim that I strongly believe in. Wherever I got an opportunity to work, I always came up with innovations and strong solutions. Currently, I'm pursuing my Master's in International Business. Apart from that, I founded a Non-Profit Organization in India and run a successful supply chain logistics base startup (valuation $5 million) under govt of India. During my bachelor's, I initiated the first-ever National Level Social Festival in Institution with a 15000+ footfall. I directly lead a team of 350+ members for a year and helped NGOs to get funding of INR 2.6 Million. Leadership is in my blood, as I previously led several college organizations and represented institutions at national and international levels. Successfully completed internships with the abilities of leadership qualities, sales-marketing skills, consulting & quantitative analysis, team building, team member, customer service, etc. Overall, I am a highly motivated individual working towards building a set of key transferable skills and believes in "when I dare to be powerful – to use my strength in the service of my vision, then it becomes less and less important whether I am afraid."
If I get an opportunity to work as Programme Controller at Enactus-Leeds, I'll manage all the roles and responsibilities in a well professional manner. I'll bring new innovative ways to the program. My previous experience will play a major role to uplift the overall committee's performance. I'll not only bridge the gap between the committee and project leader but also take care of overall program management. I would like to bring back the vision of the Most Active Team and National Team of the UK. Last but not least I'm would dedicate myself beyond the expectations of our teammates.
