Hi my name is Sophia! I am a 3rd year medical student. I’d love to apply for the role of Treasurer. I have really enjoyed volunteering with Teddy Bear Hospital this year, it’s been great to see how much of a positive impact the sessions have on children and has made me appreciate how important the society is. I would love to get more involved in the society by being on the committee next year!

I would say I am a reliable, organised and approachable person which I think is really important for the treasurer role to keep on top of finances, donations and keep things running smoothly. I have also been involved in a committee before and I enjoy working as part of a team and taking on responsibility. I’d like to continue to make sure the society feels friendly, supportive and welcoming for all volunteers too. Thank you!
