President

The President oversees the running of the whole committee. They are a good leader, happy to take on a lot of responsibility but also not afraid of delegating jobs to other people in the committee. Some of their key responsibilities include:

• Organising the running of the club and ensure all other committee members are doing their job correctly.
• Leading committee meetings.
• Ensuring all official club documentation is completed (Code of conduct, risk assessments, etc).
• Ensuring the club’s Engage page is up to date.
• Trying to secure sponsorships or charity partners for the club.
• Managing entry into BUCS competitions and ensure transport & accommodation is booked.
• Liaising with coaches, team captains and the secretary to ensure smooth running of matchday.
