Hi, I'm Charlotte Milar, a current first year Business Management with Marketing student. I would love to represent LUBS as the Events & Social Excursions Secretary due to my keen interest in event management. I believe I would be an excellent candidate for the role of Events and Social Excursions Secretary due to my natural confidence and extroverted personality. I am comfortable engaging with people, whether that be in large group settings or one-on-one conversations, which allows me to build strong connections and foster a sense of community. I believe my previous experience organising events, such as A - Level Prom enables me to organize and lead social events with ease, ensuring that they are both enjoyable and inclusive. To help foster the inclusive nature of LUBS, I hope to make everyone feel welcome when attending events and trips. I aim to put on both drinking and sober socials before the abroad trip to ensure all members feel comfortable and excited for the trips ahead. Furthermore, I am a big believer in feedback, therefore I am extremely open to listening to what you guys want me to provide for you in order for you to have the best time possible!!! Thanks again x
