Yoga Society AGM

Maintaining membership records containing at least the name and membership category of all the Society’s members

Producing agenda documents for all meetings

Maintaining a written record of all meetings

Maintaining an up-to-date copy of the Club/Society constitution

Ensuring only Full and Ex-Officio Members are allowed to vote in society elections

Organising room bookings

Posting the timetable and keeping members updated with class times (through email)

In charge of keeping the mailing list updated and regularly communicating updates with members

Responsible for all other admin duties for the society
