The roles and responsibilities of the Treasurer include:

• managing the finances of the Society
• maintaining up-to-date accounts in the Google Drive
• submitting grant and funding applications to the Activities Executive
• filling in and submitting Give It A Go (GIAG) funding forms
• submitting a detailed statement of accounts for the year to the Society’s Annual General Meeting
• overseeing the ordering and selling of LUUSAG merchandise with the Quartermaster
• ensuring that socials which require booking and/or payment with external companies are managed in conjunction with the Social Secretary
• ensuring membership fees are paid directly to SSAGO on time. This deadline will be communicated by SSAGO via the Members Officer
