Dear members of the Indian Students' Association,

My name is Aryan Roy Pal, and I am running for the position of Secretary of the ISA because I believe in the power of clear communication, inclusive dialogue, and organized action to bring a diverse student community closer together.

As an international student myself, I understand how important it is to feel seen, heard, and supported. I want to ensure that everyone's voice is valued, and that every meeting, event, and opportunity is well-documented and communicated to you with clarity and consistency.

If elected, I will:

Keep thorough and accessible records of all ISA meetings and initiatives.

Ensure timely and transparent communication through newsletters and meeting summaries.

Act as a reliable point of contact between the committee and the wider student body.

Work closely with other officers to plan and execute events that represent all corners of our international community.

I’m organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about building a stronger, more connected ISA. I’d be honored to serve as your Secretary and help make our association more efficient, inclusive, and impactful.
