This role requires an organised and proactive individual, proficient with working collaboratively as well as independently to send emails, communicate with other societies, manage admin of the society and take meeting notes. For example, this will mean ensuring all activities, events and operations comply with LUU regulations, risk assessments when needed and developing a members constitution to be introduced for 25/26 year. Within this position you will work closely with the treasurer and president, as part of the core committee to manage major operations within the society.
