Welfare officer will be a key supporting role in the committee

Specific responsibilities include:

• Report welfare incidents to LUU when appropriate
• Work with committee to enshrine principles of equality, diversity and inclusion within all aspects of the Club, as well as safeguarding
• Undertake all recommended training to enable them to fulfil their role
• look into fundraising and charity opportunities within LUU and externally
• Host events such as the ‘Coffee Morning’ as an open office for members
• Be present and supportive.
