Fixtures Secretary

Overview of role and responsibilites;

1. Responsible for managing fixtures within the BUIHA, directly and through their website.

2. The fixtures secretary must contact teams that will participate in games, ensuring a smooth running prior to the play, arranging team colours and special arrangements.

3. Will ensure the correct completion of game sheets, shots-on-goal forms and online submission of discussed sheets.

4. Will be trained on how to use the scoreboard and is expected to attend all home games with their associated teams and a majority of other home games.

5. Responsible for the club's spare kits, jersey, equipment, water bottles, first aid kit and other relevant apparatus.

6. Said equipment must be transported and readily available at training, as well as home/away fixtures depending on their storage location.

7. Is heavily involved with the planning/running of home games by liaising with the fixtures secretary and communication with the team captains.
