President

Responsibilities / Requirements include:

• Coordinating and overseeing club/society committee and society members.
• Assigning suitable tasks to the committee members.
• Leading weekly/annual meetings (AGMs and EGMs) and setting agendas.
• Supervising society webpages and social media platforms.
• Supporting and offering feedback on committee and society initiatives.
• Establishing strong relationships with affiliated EU Affairs societies and networks.
• Taking the lead in training and informing committee members about their roles and critical responsibilities.
• Mandatory participation in the European Affairs Society Network.
• Member of the society committee for at least 1 year.

Treasurer

Responsibilities / Requirements Include:

• Collaborate closely with co-presidents and secretary within the core committee.
• Guide the committee on optimal expenditure targets and event grants.
• Supervise the management of society event fees and membership.
• Coordinate with co-presidents and events officer to strategize budget planning.
• Monitor the society's bank account balance.
• Support and collaborate with committee members.
• Maintain detailed records of expenditures and annual budgets for presentation at the Annual General Meeting.
• Monitor merchandise inventory and upkeep.
• Participation in the European Affairs Society Network is mandatory.

Secretary

Responsibilities / Requirements Include:

• Collaborate closely with co-presidents and treasurer as a vital part of the core committee.
• Contribute to final decisions regarding event planning and scheduling.
• Maintain records of weekly meeting minutes.
• Supervise internal committee and society communications, with the social media officer and events officer reporting to you.
• Ensure adherence to and implementation of the society's constitution and objectives.
• Document all society and network communications, both internal and external, and report to the co-presidents.
• Active participation in the European Affairs Society Network is mandatory.
