Role description:
- Work in close partnership with the president and assist with any outstanding tasks
- Assist any other team members who may need extra help with more complex tasks
- Help oversee the smooth running of the society ensuring all team members are working well together
- Be creative and come up with ideas for events
- Assist in contacting external speakers
- Keep a database of previously used contacts to use as a reference for future events
