I am running a candidate for the position of Women’s Captain for the fencing club. With strong communication skills, I am confident in communicating effectively with both our team members and opposition team captains during fixtures. I understand my role in organising matches, including transportation and weapons agreements. During my experience of being chair lady of the secondary school fencing team, I am condiment to manage the team. Also, I would host some women’s team gatherings for Christmas and Easter. If I am given an opportunity to be Women’s Captain, I will aim to create a welcoming, supportive and friendly atmosphere for the women’s team and the fencing club.
