Hi everyone, I'm Bradley and I'm running for Devs Coordinator. Taking inspiration from my brilliant predecessors, Rosie and Lizzie, I want to maintain the high spirits that Devs is all about. Being a member of devs myself, I want to maximise the potential of our development community. I want to ensure that everyone who wants it, has the accessibility and opportunity to play the great sport that is football.

Having joined devs this year among the what seemed to be hundreds of us, I realised the potential we all held, and I want to make sure every one of us realises it too. As coordinator, I want to maintain a fun friendliness with a competitive drive in tournaments and friendlies both within and beyond devs.

With experience in forming a society for my uni course, I like to believe I have good organisational skills, and can host a good event. I was also captain of my sixth form's 1st netball team, so maybe that convinces you I'll be a good leader. I was also non-consensually appointed as designated driver for a few of us at devs this year, so I had no choice in improving my time-management and commitment.

Alongside the wonderful Millie Cain as social sec, who hopefully has at least one or two nice things to say when she seconds me, we hope to make devs as social as possible. We plan to encourage devs socials (pres at Millie's!) so we can all get to mingle more with each other and the rest of the club. We also hope to hold more regular social events for the devs community, such as post-training pub nights.

All in all, VOTE FOR ME PLS!
Because devs leading devs wont be like the blind leading the blind! It'll be us leading ourselves. Being part of devs will be my strength as your coordinator, and I will be able to listen to and accommodate your feedback and requests.

I look forward to another year with devs next year. Long live LUUWAFC!
