The Education Officer should help undergraduate students run the University in partnership with staff; shaping how the institution works. They also Represent student to the University and work with other representatives to make sure that education at The University of Leeds is shaped by students and meets their expectations. 

Previously, Education Officers have achieved; 

• Successfully campaigned for 24 hour library opening outside of exam periods
• Successfully lobbied for resit fees dropped at the University
• Created relaxed graduations at Leeds University replicated across Yorkshire
