This involves a variety of things: maintaining an inventory of the society's belongings, identifying grants we could apply for (and either delegating the application or applying yourself), ensuring the society has enough money, speaking to potential sponsors and working with the volunteering coordinator to ensure any fundraised money makes it to the right place!
