These last few months I’ve really enjoyed being a bedside buddy and would love to get more involved! I think Bedside buddies is such a great idea and it’s allowed me to appreciate the impact of volunteering. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the socials we’ve had this year and hope that I can continue to get to know everyone in the future. If I was to be selected for secretary I would be organised and efficient in my role and hope to keep this wonderful little society going!!

I have thoroughly enjoyed being a Bedside Buddy so far! Seeing the positive difference that volunteering has on the children and their families has been amazing and so I would love to get more involved in the incredible work of this society. As Secretary I would act as a friendly face that members can come to with any queries and would make everyone feel very welcomed into the society just as I have felt this year. My job in retail has given me lots of experience in managing admin tasks and communicating with others so I would be an efficient and reliable Secretary. I have loved getting to know everyone and would feel honoured to work alongside the other committee members to bring new ideas and tonnes of fun to this amazing society. Thank you :)
