Hi, my name is Guy and I am applying to be the tour and tournament sec for next year. I have been playing squash since I was 6 and I have a passion for the sport, both in the social and competitive aspects. My aim for next year is to run 2-3 competitions within the society throughout the year with the hope to give everyone some good friendly matches and to draw the interest of people who have not played the sport before. Along with these competitions, a league or ladder system will be set up so that everyone can meet people of their own ability and play competitive matches with them consistently. I will work hard to make sure that the match side of the society runs well and will take on any advice and suggestions made.

Hello everyone, This is Sanath and I am running for the Tournament Secretary position for next year's committee. Squash has been a part of my life since I was 8. I have really known the ins and outs of the game. Having played competitive squash since the age of 12 I know the importance of healthy and fair competition alongside the social side of squash. The position of the Tournament Secretary will help me to work to the best of my and the society's capabilities to organise tournaments, a league and a ladder system which will not only help you improve your squash but also make your squash at university even more exhilarating. If elected, I promise to never turn a deaf ear to any suggestions that would be offered by any member. The courts to me have always been a place I could express myself and my target is to help you do the same. Thank you.
