As Psycsoc’s Social Media Sec, you will be responsible for uploading and advertising socials & information on all Psycsoc’s social media platforms.
This includes:
- Creating informative & creative posts to promote the societies’ upcoming events, whether that be information talks, socials or fundraisers.
- Following up these posts with Stories, polls and extra reminders to keep members engaged and to increase interest in events.
- Working closely with the President, Vice and Social Secs to finalise event details for posts and to access discount codes for club nights.
- Replying to questions and queries on instagram and facebook.
To do this role, you must enjoy being creative and must have ideas on how to boost the engagement on Psycsoc’s social media. You must be organised and time efficient to make sure posts and stories go up on time. This role can be pretty time-consuming and each post can take time to create so be wary of this!
