The secretary is a crucial role to the running of the society.
You are the first point of contact for those outside the society. You will write our newsletters; you are in charge of answering emails, liaising with event organisers, venues, DJs; and communicating with members.
Internally, you will work closely with the president and treasurer to handle administrative duties that are vital to keeping the society going. You will help run our committee meetings, where you will take minutes.
