Hi there! My name’s Sam, I’m a first year Philosophy and Politics student, and throughout the course of this year I’ve found my two main hobbies have been writing, and theatre. Loving both, I think that I would be the perfect person for the role. The Scribe has really got a name for itself this year in theatre, with nearly every performance having outstandingly written reviews, and being released the day after performance. This is a reputation I would love the society to uphold, and with this as our baseline, we would have such great opportunities for things like interviews and other society collaborations too! Also, I would love to have a more supportive environment for those new to writing to gain support. It can be difficult to begin with, so I think feedback sessions especially during Fresher's in September would be fab! Overall, I think this would be a great role to fulfill, and one that needs someone experienced with the other societies too. Thanks so much!
