The equality and wellbeing officer should be a mindful member of korfball who is available and approachable to members of the club, with specific responsibility to:
- Ensure all relevant measures are in place to make sure the club has a welcoming and safe environment.
- Always be accessible to deal with any member’s welfare issues.
- Provide ways to report any welfare issues.
- Raise any welfare issues with the president when deemed necessary.
- Consider the impact on wellbeing of all committee decisions.
