I'd love to be your treasurer and be able to demonstrate my commitment to backstage society through keeping the finances in order so we're free to do the things we're really here for: being creative and having fun.

Being on committee this year, l have learned a lot from all the more experienced committee members. I'm hoping to carry on Joe's work of investing in equipment in order to make hiring what we need cheaper, so designers have improved creative freedom and can use their budget to hire in more fun things!

I'd make a good treasurer not only because I'm a bit of a nerd, but also because I'm good at communicating and maintaining positive relationships. This is important when communicating with hire companies and the societies we work with as clear communications and good relationships help everyone work more efficiently.

I would also just love to be another fun and friendly face on committee to keep backstage being such a wonderful and welcoming society!
