My name is Vasudha Mantena, and I am an MSc Organizational Psychology and Business student. I am excited to apply for the role of Social Media Secretary Head, as I am passionate about using social media to build an inclusive and active community while maintaining a professional and engaging online presence. If selected, I will focus on creating visually appealing content to promote our upcoming events and socials, while ensuring a consistent and active presence across all our social media platforms. I am keen to collaborate with LUU/LBU Union to maximise visibility and engagement. Furthermore, I will capture and curate content from our events to enhance our digital presence and community outreach.

Hi, I’m Aarav and I’m a first year economics student! I love storytelling and editing, through which I’d like to share the journey of Hindu Soc all year around. I already have ideas of “day in the life of a committee member” and “behind the scenes of organizing an NHSF event”. Drawing on my two years of social media marketing work experience, I’d capture the energy of society events and socials in a way that makes people joining in future years feel like they already belong.
My goal is to represent our culture in a way that welcomes everyone - familiar or curious, Hindu or not, so that nobody ever feels like an outsider looking in. I want to create content where everyone feels welcoming and not intimidating. For me, NHSF is a way to stay connected to my faith while being away from home, it becomes a home away from home, where members feel like a true family, or Parivaar.
