Oversees the society's progression and has a clear vision of the direction of the society
Holds regular committee meetings to ensure everyone understands their role within the dynamic committee
Maintain good relationships and frequent contact with the university unions (LUU and LBSU particularly), other uni societies, the local samaj/mandirs, and NHSF UK
Ensure in any unfilled roles/tasks are delegated/completed
Has the final say on all committee desicions To be a friendly and approachable figure for committee/society members if they have any questions/problems
