Hello everyone! I'm Hitang, a Computer Science enthusiast who loves crunching numbers almost as much as code. As I campaign for the role of Treasurer within the National Hindu Students' Society, I'm excited to merge my tech-savvy skills with our society's financial needs—ensuring not just balance, but also growth and, of course, enough funds for the really important things, like awesome society meet-ups!

My plan as Treasurer is simple: keep our cash flow as clean and organized as my programming code (which means very clean and organized). I'll work diligently with university unions to secure those crucial grants (free money, who doesn’t love that?) and collaborate with our sponsorship representative to unlock new funding sources, making sure our society isn’t just surviving, but thriving.

Alongside our esteemed president, I'll make sure every penny spent is a penny accounted for—and maybe even negotiate some discounts; after all, every bit counts! Let's make our financial ledger something we can all be proud of, ensuring a fun and fruitful year for everyone involved.

My goals as Treasurer are straightforward yet vital. Second, I will prioritize the efficient allocation of funds, focusing on initiatives that have the greatest impact on our community. Finally, I will explore new fundraising opportunities to strengthen our financial stability and build a sustainable model for future growth.
