The secretary is part of the core committee and works closely with the president and treasurer. Has to consistently check the emails and keep open communication with the university and members of the club. Secretary's main role is to be the first point of formal contact for the society.
The secretary is a big part in the societies decision making process and will support her fellow committee members as well as providing useful and insight of their own.
The secretary should be someone with a can do attitude, good writing and communication skills and proactiveness.
