Hii everyone, I'm Keneisha, a first-year medical engineering student who loves mathematics. I'm interested in being a treasurer because I've ran small businesses and was a treasurer in a fund raising a couple of times. I'm good when working with numbers and I understand the importance of keeping clear, accurate financial records also ensuring transparency in how society funds are used. I would love to contribute by carefully managing the society's budget and ensuring funds are used wisely. I’d work closely with the rest of the committee to allocate funds effectively for events and activities, helping us get the most value while staying financially sustainable. I’d also ensure timely reimbursements and keep members informed where relevant, maintaining a clear and open approach to finances.

I’m Zainab, a first‑year Aerospace Engineering student with a long background in maths competitions and problem‑solving. I’ve always loved working with numbers, and taking part in competitive maths has made me precise, analytical, and confident handling calculations under pressure. I’ve also helped organise and run fundraisers in the past, which taught me how to manage money responsibly, track spending, and keep everything transparent.

These experiences make me a strong fit for Treasurer. I’m reliable, detail‑focused, and comfortable managing budgets in a structured, organised way. If elected, I’d ensure the society’s finances are clear, accurate, and aligned with LUU guidelines, while supporting the committee to plan realistic budgets and run successful events without financial stress.

I'm an upcoming final year Civil and Environmental Engineering student who's been involved in so many of the society's events this year, and it's made me really appreciate how much planning and budgeting goes into making them happen. As Treasurer I'd make sure our finances are managed carefully and transparently, so we can keep putting on events our members actually love.
