Over the past year, I have had the pleasure of being a general committee member, during which I have organised allotment sessions, tropical greenhouse and wildflower workshops, started rebuilding the allotment greenhouse, worked on creating a community allotment plot, and planted an apple and pear tree for future Plant Society members.

If elected as treasurer, my aims will be to:
• Organise more regular allotment sessions and socials to build our community and share free plant cuttings
• Renovate the allotment with new raised beds and a wildflower section
• Build a free book and seed sharing library on the allotment
• Finish building the allotment greenhouse so that we can grow tomatoes, peppers, and aubergines!
• Facilitate opportunities for members to shape the society and make decisions collectively. If you want to grow any vegetables, have an idea for a workshop, social, or project, we can work together to make it happen!
