Being a team manager is an incredibly rewarding committee role, not only do you get to bond with a team but you get to see them grow and play together.

Responsibilities
Organise transport for games 
Organise officials for games 
General admin such as team sheets and making sure players have paid for their add ons.

“Although the responsibilities are mostly admin, you get to benefit from being so closely intertwined for volleyball, with front row seats to every game (on the bench too), and you get to be at Varsity and Christie, some of the biggest uni events of the year! If you’re someone who is organised and wants to see the club be the best it can, being a manager is a perfect way to do so. This also looks incredible on your CV, as you get to show your managerial, organisational and people skills. Basically, being a manager is the best”
