I’m Jumie (JJ) and for those of you that may not know me, I’m a first year who started playing volleyball in sept. on devs and I absolutely love it.

Obviously the actual sport is so much fun but all of you is what has made it beyond great and I’d love to pay back the efforts made by current committee.

I’ve put myself forward for kit and equip sec as I’m one of those freaks that love lists, trackers and being organised and it’s something I’d sooo enjoy doing. Also working with everyone in the society and future committee would be such an exciting opportunity to get to know you all better.

Jokes aside, I would like to officially announce my candidacy for Kit and Equipment Secretary. I have been a part of this society for two years now and I was fortunate enough to captain the M1 boys this year.

I’m extremely passionate about supporting the society on and off the court. As Kit and Equipment Secretary, I’ll go above and beyond to ensure we have enough balls, affordable merch, and hassle-free kit orders. My goal is to make sure everyone feels equipped, included, and proud to rep Volleyball.

Hey everyone!! My name is Kai, and I am becoming the third person in the running for Kit and Equipment Sec (sorry Jumie and Ramith).
For those who don't know me, I am currently on M2 (the loud one from the bench or middle, occasionally). I am a 3rd-year architect, and I am so glad to be part of society. I joined in second year, going to beginner/intermediate sessions weekly and immediately felt welcomed.
I am running for Kit Sec to ensure that all levels of play, from beginners to 1st team, have all the required equipment and kit, so that all sessions and matches can run smoothly. Having played across different levels in the club, I know how important it is to have reliable equipment and kit, and will work closely with other members of the commitee and teams to ensure that this is the case.
I have had nothing but great experiences within this society over the past couple of years, and I can't wait for the next, only wanting to become a bigger part of it. If you have any questions, I’ll be on tour as well, so feel free to come and chat with me!
