Hi, I’m Sumaya, a 5th year medical student running for Later Years Rep!

I’d love to make sure Year 4 & 5 voices are heard in DermSoc by sharing events on our chats and finding out what teaching/resources would actually be most useful for us.

With my experience as Vice President of the Medical Ethics Society and three years of tutoring and making learning materials, I’m organised, approachable, and keen to help out at events.

I’d be really excited to represent us and make sure DermSoc supports us in the best way possible!

I’m really passionate about dermatology and interested to know more about the specialty. I hope to communicate with my year group to ensure the content shared is tailored for them and we get the best engagement possible.
