Hi I’m Fareedah and I’m a 4th Year Medical Student. I’m hoping as one of the Medical Education representatives I can tailor content to suit the various year group needs and requirements from GIAGs to gauge interest to MOSCEs for exam preparation. I hope as part of this team I can contribute to increasing interest in the field of dermatology while learning knew things for my own interest.
My passion for tutoring and teaching others highlights how I hope to help others where needed. I welcome feedback and always look for ways to improve myself for the better! I appreciate your votes!

Hi, I'm Amy and I am a 4th year medical student hoping to be your Medical Education Lead for DermSoc this year!

I have always been interested in Dermatology and, having just completed my intercalated degree in MedEd last year, I feel I am well suited to the role!

I have had previous experience on various other medical society committees and am a motivated, well-organised person with a passion for spreading knowledge and awareness for all things derm! I also have lots of experience in creating and running mOSCE sessions as well as other educational events.

Working with the other Medical Education Representatives I aim to create resources for GIAGs, MOSCEs, teaching series and more. This year I want to help focus education on both derm conditions and related topics as well as how to build a competitive CV as a medical student for a future career in derm.

I hope to be a great team member who is reliable and driven to see the future success of this society. Thank you for taking the time to read my statement.
