Hi.

I’d like to be apart of the DermSoc committee as I have always been interested in Dermatology, from diseases to skincare!
SPF = younger skin
Retinol = reduce wrinkles (or acne)
Vit C or Niacinamide = brighter skin

I have previous experience being on a different committee and delivering successful events.
I’d like to use this experience to collaborate with other DermSoc committee members to boost the society’s presence and run events that match your interests.
In particular, I’m thinking Mock OSCEs.

Also, I want to support greater representation for all skin tones and caring for them. 🖤🤎🤍

As Vice President, I’m happy to support the President in running the society and assist the rest of the committee in delivering events and conferences.
I’m all ears and I want to know what you want from DermSoc, so we can all get the most out of our Derm journey!

Hi, I’m Will, and I’d love your vote for Vice President of DermSoc!

I am proud to have co-created Leeds DermSoc over the past year, and have served as Junior Vice President, helping build the society from the ground up. Along the way I’ve been awarded a commendation for my dermatology placement, won a national dermatology essay prize, and become actively involved in research at local centres focusing on skin equality across ethnic minorities. My ESREP project also centres on dermatology, exploring psychodermatology training.

As VP, I would utilise this experience to take DermSoc further. My goals are to:
- Support the President in leading and growing the society
- Expand access to teaching opportunities for all year groups
- Increase student involvement in dermatology research
- Deliver engaging events and networking opportunities
- Ensure DermSoc remains inclusive, inspiring, and welcoming for everyone

I’m passionate about building on our society’s success, creating even more opportunities that will benefit each student interested in dermatology.
