Responsible for:
-Holding auditions.
-Deciding what comps we do and liase with other societies on this.
-Monitoring comp finances and what we can afford.
-Deciding on choreographers and being their main point of contact.
-Completing choreographer contracts with VP.
-Helping Pres with room bookings for comp rehearsals.
-Rehearsal schedule.
-Attending rehearsals and monitoring attendance.
-Completing comp application forms and paying deposits.
-Booking transport and hotels.
-Making sure everything runs smoothly on the day.
-Communicating with other committee members to ensure budgets aren’t being exceeded
-Approachable person for members if any issues arise
