Secretary
Executive Committee. Multifaceted role consisting of supporting multiple other society roles. Responsibilities include: working with executive committee in managing the society engage, supporting the publicity rep in managing the social media account and other publicity initiatives. Unique responsibilities include taking minutes during society meetings, overseeing and updating society records, as well as the email account. Previous committee experience preferred (not required).
note - our committee is very collaborative; based on individual availability, every elected role will be expected to help out with our fundraising events! :)
