My name is Imogen Farmer and I would like to be Head of Weekend as I have two years of radio experience under my belt. I have presented on a diverse range of shows, dipping my fingers in the pies of news, Hometime and two own shows (the award-winning show Don't Mug Me Off and Love at First Mic) . I therefore have developed versatile radio skills and I am a ready for a new challenge!

I have prior experience in managing a team as the current Head of Hometime and through in-person socials, I have cultivated a close Hometime family. I have also encouraged healthy online competition which has simultaneously attracted listeners and bonded presenters. I will therefore create a strong online presence for the Weekend team and organise socials. As the radio office is largely empty on weekends, weekend shows can receive less attention than shows during the week which I intend to change.
