The Secretary is responsible for taking minutes during the committee meetings and distributing these out to committee members, completing any approval documents needed by LUU before holding an event, emailing out certificates to participants after attending events, completing room bookings and manage the Leeds Endo Soc gmail account. The Secretary should complete any outstanding administrative tasks required for the society.
This role is open to all students.
