community and universities, spreading good vibes wherever you go. From organising workshops,

Roles and Responsibilities:
 Coordinate outreach efforts related to mental health, wellness, and support services.
 Organise workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns on topics such as stress
management, self-care, and mental health advocacy, seeking support and guidance through
established relationships and collaborations with well-being/welfare societies and the
university community.
 Provide resources and referrals to volunteers for knowledge development to improve
activities at the university.
 Advocate for policies and initiatives that promote well-being and inclusivity within the
university community.
