Roles and Responsibilities:
 Coordinate with other committee members to carry out engaging events.

 Develop event timelines, categorizing volunteers into weekly activities, and reporting
development.
 Secure venues, vendors, and sponsors for events.
 Evaluate event success and gather feedback for future improvements.
 Cultivate relationships with campus societies for volunteer engagement opportunities.
