Roles and Responsibilities:
 Manage the society’s finances, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting to
the team in meetings.
 Research and identify financial budgets available at the university/applicable to the society
based on the activities and events run by our society.
 Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
 Work closely with the event and volunteering coordinator to assist in fundraising efforts,
grant applications, and weekly spending.
 Monitor expenses, maintain financial records, categorize budgets for upcoming events, and
oversee the preparation of cash flow and budget until the next funding is received.
