Hi,
I'm a second year robotics student, who has worked on 14 shows and been in 2 in the Riley. I love when things are organised. An organised space means organised thoughts and boosts efficiency. I plan to keep up all of James' hard work with the inventory of all our spaces with labels so it's easy to find those props or random items.

As New Members Rep last year, I got power, ladder and workshop training last year and got to see how gatekept tasks are without them. I plan to organise more ladder and workshop training for all members, so you can stand on chairs safely and move wing flats with ease, or even use the new saw for some set.

A lot of the training documents are very informative, but I sometimes struggle to read it all, so I want to make them more fun and quicker to reference. Some of the best learning is from practical experience, so allocating shadows early and making training sessions more interactive is a goal.

Theatre Green book is very important, so I want to work with the union to get more velcro for cables to reduce lx tape usage and an open to more ideas.

With your help, I'll get notified of any stock shortages and keep us well supplied.
I even have a Costco membership, so Committee can buy welfare and much more.

I’m excited to run for Equipment and Training Officer because I’m passionate about the behind-the-scenes work that brings productions to life. I’m power-trained and have gained hands-on experience through set design for our upcoming musical, which has made me confident with equipment and safety.

Being on the ACS committee this year has taught me valuable skills in leadership, organisation, and teamwork. While I don’t know everything, I’m eager to learn and grow in this role. I’m reliable, creative, and committed to making sure our equipment is well-maintained and everyone feels supported.
