I'm confident in handling key responsibilities scheduling meetings, and keeping members informed. I’m detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable using digital tools to support administrative tasks. I’m also committed to supporting the society’s goals by helping to organize events and ensuring smooth communication within the team. Hello! I am Ye Swan Yee, a Year 2 student majoring in Business Management and the Human Resource. I am an international student, originally from Myanmar.

Human Resources is my most passionate subject to commit myself to full-time study from both humanistic and management perspectives. And, being in the same room with the seniors and colleagues who share this passion towards Human Resources always excites me and motivates me to be a part of it. I have also been a member of the LUHRM for two years and enjoyed participating in activities and attending events such as the CIPD Talk and the CV Workshop organised by the committee.

In terms of background skills for administrative tasks, I have 2 years of experience in organising document resources in respectively accessible categories for the teams I worked for, arranging online as well as physical meetings, along with calendar invitation to participants and hosts, section presentation slide folders, evaluation documents, meeting minutes and feedback forms, and consistently learning to improve my skills in both Microsoft Office and Google Workplace.

Hence, I would like to nominate myself as an applicant for the secretary role of the LUHRM society. I can promise you
